Retail Orders will be shipped via our carriers USPS and/or UPS in 5-7 Business Days. Our warehouse processes order Monday-Friday only.

Shipping rates are good in the 48 Contiguous United States.
Alaska, Hawaii and ALL international orders will be charged EXACT shipping, shipping adjustment will occur after the sale.

Placing your order
Should you experience any problems in placing an order, or have questions or comments please Contact Us. We would be very happy to assist.
To place an order, click on the “Add to Cart” button next to each item. You can then checkout or continue shopping and adding additional product to your cart. Once you have finished adding items to your cart you will need to checkout. You will be asked to create an account that will store your personal information such as name, email and shipping address, so the next time you shop with us, all you will have to do is log into your account. If you prefer not to register at checkout you may click "proceed without registering" and then you will be directly prompted for your checkout information.Payment Options
Returns
If you are unhappy with any product purchased from Appleseed Primitives please contact our order department and request a return authorization. All returns MUST be authorized before returning to our warehouse.
Please note that a 25% restocking fee is applied to all returns. Restocking fees are waived only on merchandise exchanges or customers accepting a store credit in lieu of a return credit. Shipping and handling costs are not reimbursed. All returns must be notified to Appleseed Primitives within 5 business days of delivery.
Out of Stock/Backorders
Due to the order volumes, multiple ordering
methods, the variety of items that we carry and the changing styles from
season to season some items may only be available for a limited time period.
If you have a question concerning specific product availability you may
email and verify items with our customer service staff. We ask that you have
the item numbers handy for a quicker verification process. Our policy is to
credit any item that is out of stock with no return to stock date. In the
event an item is on backorder it will be shipped upon arrival and the
remaining items on the order will be shipped immediately. Multiple shipments
can occur with backordered items. As a courtesy to our customers if we must
ship more than one package to a customer due to a backorder the extra
shipping charges will be done at our expense.

Damage during Transit
We pack every item as carefully as possible, but occasionally something may arrive damaged. If that happens, please retain all original packing material and notify us immediately. Please open all packages immediately and report damage within 3 business days of delivery.
